GLP-1 Journal Privacy Policy

The short version: we don’t collect your data. Your journal stays on your device and in your own iCloud.

This policy covers the GLP-1 Journal app for iPhone (“the app”), made by That GLP-1 Girl. It explains what the app stores, where, and what we can see. We can’t see any of it.

What we collect

Nothing. The app has no accounts, no analytics, no ads, and no tracking. It doesn’t include any third-party SDKs; it’s built only on Apple’s own frameworks. We don’t receive, store, sell, or share any information about you.

Where your journal lives

Your journal entries and progress selfies are stored on your device. If iCloud is turned on for the app, they also sync to your own private iCloud container (iCloud.com.glp1journal.app) so they’re available on your other devices. That container belongs to your Apple ID. We have no access to it.

The app also keeps one small preference on your device: which week’s theme introduction you’ve already seen, so it doesn’t show it twice.

Camera and photos

The app asks for camera or photo library access only when you choose to take or pick a progress selfie. Photos you add are saved with your journal, as described above. The app doesn’t read or upload anything else from your library.

Subscriptions

GLP-1 Journal offers monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. Apple processes all purchases through the App Store. The app never sees your payment details. Apple shares only whether your subscription is active, so the app can unlock its features.

Deleting your data

  • One entry: delete it in the app.
  • Everything on this device: delete the app.
  • Your iCloud copy: open Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage, choose GLP-1 Journal, and delete its data.

Children

The app isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Not medical advice

GLP-1 Journal is a journaling tool. Nothing in the app is medical advice, and it isn’t a substitute for care from your doctor or prescriber. Talk to them about your medication, dosing, and health.
