My Transformation: I lost 155 pounds and completely rebuilt my relationship with food, fitness, and my body. I know what it's like to carry extra weight, to feel stuck, and to finally find something that works—and then do the hard work of making it sustainable.

I work out 6-7 days a week and eat 130g+ of protein daily. I didn't just lose weight; I built strength, muscle, and a life I'm proud of.


I understand the why behind behavior change. I've worked with patients struggling with the hardest life circumstances—poverty, trauma, addiction, mental illness. I know how to meet people where they are and help them build sustainable change, even when everything feels impossible.
And I've done it myself. I'm not coaching from theory. I'm coaching from lived experience + clinical expertise.

Yes—this program is specifically designed for people currently taking Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, or similar medications. The protocols, macro strategies, and support are all tailored to the unique challenges of GLP-1 use.

What if I've never tracked macros before? 

Perfect. I'll teach you everything you need to know. We start with the basics and build from there. You don't need to be an expert, you just need to be willing to learn.

What if I can't work out 5 days a week?

You don't have to! I'll meet you where you are. Whether you're working out 2 days a week or 5, we'll build a plan that fits your life, your recovery capacity, and your goals.

I'm terrible at sticking to plans. Will this work for me? 

Honestly? That depends on you. I can give you the best plan in the world, but you have to do the work. What I CAN promise is support, accountability, and adjustments when life gets messy. This isn't about perfection, it's about consistency and progress.

What if I want to cancel?

This is month-to-month, so you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. That said, I recommend committing to at least 3 months to see real, lasting results.

Do you accept insurance?

No, this is a private pay coaching service and is not covered by insurance.
